• Four apartments are located on the 1st floor near the iconic gathering space and the three largest two-bedroom options are on the 2nd floor.​

• The lower level houses tenant common areas, including small business office suites, a fitness center, and large storage rooms for both commercial and residential tenants. The lower level accesses the heated garage available to our residential tenants. 

• The suites are named after the rivers of the St. Croix Valley. Apartment rents range in value from the Kinnickinnic River suite to the St. Croix River suite. Each apartment includes free access to all amenities, free storage, and one covered heated parking stall as part of the rental package.
